"I like the staff at Brookstone. 99% of them are very sweet and interested in your furry baby. The doctors are nice, have a good bedside manner if you will, and I think they are easy to understand when it comes to medical terms. Our recent experience was another enjoyable one. We also received a follow-up call to make sure all was well, that was a nice touch! The office is always clean and welcoming."
